Supplier development services provided by DANS includes:

PROVIDING LOCAL PRESENCE AND SUPPORT IN THE CEE REGION

We provide a wide range of professional support from the identification of potential local supplier companies to the personalised preparation process to the selected and listed supplier status based on our regional presence, knowledge and professional network in the CEE region. We are working in close cooperation with colleagues from the OEMs’ the supplier development and industrial cooperation departments and fulfill all relevant tasks they do not have personnel or capacity in-house.

PROVIDING COUNTRY SPECIFIC BUSINESS AND MARKET INFORMATION

Our local presence and business activity in the CEE region allows us to have direct and up-to-date information on industrial cooperation and supplier development opportunities in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. We filter, evaluate and provide the market and business information available to us based on the needs of our OEM partners.

SUPPORTING THE SUPPLIER SELECTION AND EVALUATION PROCESS

We help OEMs to identify and evaluate their potential local supplier companies. Our help is needed since there are more than a dozen countries with different languages, cultural, economic and political backgrounds in the CEE region where hundreds of companies are potential future suppliers.

SUPPORTING THE SELECTED COMPANIES IN THEIR PREPARATION PHASE

We support the companies selected by OEMs in fulfilling all the requirements set up for them and help them to prepare for the listed supplier status. There could be many areas (management, certifications, technology, process management, etc.) where development and preparation are required. Understanding the expectations and goals of the OEMs we mentor the selected companies to reach the level of expected readiness.
